By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Payment Terms

 

All consulting fees are due in full prior to the start of the engagement. Invoices for travel-related expenses will be issued within 30 days following the completion of travel and are payable within 30 days of receipt.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

We do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and ensure the successful delivery of our services.

 

3. Confidentiality

 

We treat all client information as confidential and handle it securely. We are happy to provide our standard NDA or are open to signing a client-supplied NDA upon review.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, including tools, templates, strategies, and documentation provided by us, are proprietary and intended solely for use within your organization. These may not be shared, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.

 

5. Scope of Work

 

Each engagement is governed by a mutually agreed-upon scope of work. Any changes to the scope may require a separate agreement and may be subject to additional fees.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

Our consulting services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. While we strive for excellent outcomes, we are not liable for business losses or outcomes resulting from client implementation decisions or third-party actions.

 

7. Termination

 

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In such cases, any prepaid but unused fees may be applied toward future services at our discretion, but are not refundable.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our company is headquartered (North Carolina), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
